Welcome to Karlshamn
Kollevik Holiday Village is a paradise for holidaymakers with both a campsite and holiday chalets. It is situated 3 kilometres south east of the centre of Karlshamn in the heart of the county of Blekinge. Off the coast lie many small islands and just down the road, fishing boats and pleasure craft fill the small harbour at Vägga. Here you can buy all sorts of fresh and smoked fish as well as other delicacies. Or why not try a local speciality, smoked herring sandwich, at the harbour restaurants. From Kollevik it will only take you half an hour to walk into Karlshamn along the coastal path.

Swim in the Baltic sea from sandy beaches or smooth rocks or in heated sea water in the 4 pools of the Vägga Open Air Swimming Pool. After your swim you can play mini-golf. The swimming pool is open daily during the summer. At other times of the year there is an indoor swimming pool.

Kollevik also boasts four tennis courts (clay), a playground for the kids, barbecue areas, café and a small shop. You can fish without a permit from the rocks along the coast or purchase a permit to fish for salmon trout in the nearby lake Lindenborg, only ten minutes’ walk from the chalets and campsite. Kollevik is part of the Vägga Leisure Area with jogging tracks, football pitches, sports hall and swimming pool.

The Reception Centre also contains a kiosk and a cafeteria, where you can watch television. There is also a small shop which is open daily and sells food, ice cream, newspapers and even fresh rolls during the peak season. You can book a tennis court at the reception centre or purchase a fishing permit.

Chalets
Kollevik has 14 chalets, 10 m², each with 4 beds. They are situated about 60 metres from the sea and a sandy beach. The chalets have 2 bunk beds, running water, hot plate, coffee maker, fridge and kitchen utensils for 4 people. Small veranda. Garden furniture.

Kollevik Chalet Park

Cottage A Dwelling area: 32 sq.m, 4 beds. Livingroom with two beds, dining area and kitchenette with fridge and two hobs, smaller room with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. Lavatory with shower, hot and cold water. Electrical heating. Coffe maker. Covered patio with garden furniture.

Cottage B Dwelling area: 32 sq.m, 4 beds. Living room with two beds, dining area and kitchenette with cooker, fridge, a small freezer (40 l) and microwave oven. Smaller room with bunk bed (lower bed 120 cm). Lavatory with shower, hot and cold water. Electrical heating. Coffe maker. Covered patio with garden furniture.

The chalets can house a maximum of 5 guests. An extra bed can be hired at the reception for a fifth person for 100 SEK per week or, alternatively, you can bring your own mattress, duvet and pillow.

The chalets are equipped with duvets and pillows for four people but linen is not provided. Don’t forget to bring your own sheets and towels. Otherwise these can be hired for 50 SEK a set.

Pets are allowed in some of the chalets (from 1-31). Smoking is not allowed indoors.

During the peak season and at Midsummer chalets are rented out on a weekly basis!

There is a booking fee of 12 €.
Optional cancellation insurance costs 35 €.

You can also book cottages online. If there are vacancies, chalets can be booked on the spot by guests arriving the same evening.

How to get here
Take the E22 to Karlshamn. Use the “Karlshamn Ö” or “Karlshamns hamnar” turnoff depending on which direction you come from. Follow the signs to “Centrum” and then “Kollevik”
If you come from the north on road 29 follow signs to “Centrum” and then “Kollevik”.

Arrival and departure
Access to the chalet from 15.00. You must leave by 12.00 on day of departure.

Key
A deposit of 500 SEK is payable when you collect the key at the campsite’s reception centre. The deposit will be returned after an inspection of the chalet before you check out.

Cleaning
You are expected to clean the chalet before leaving. Or you can pay 500 SEK to have the chalet cleaned. This service must be ordered in advance at the Reception. There is a vacuum cleaner in the cottage.
